This is an online course for an initial or re-certification of food handler training for all employees who are responsible for the storage, preparation, display, and serving of foods to the public.  It is required and mandatory by Florida law. Upon completion of this course, each employee will receive a food handler certificate of completion . Official certificate for employee, a copy for the employer and a wallet sized card that is valid for 3 years will be sent via U.S. mail within one week. We will maintain records of training dates and will notify the state of all employees who are trained through Certification Consultants LLC. All new employees must attend a food handler training within 60 days of being hired, as required by Florida law.  Students must pass the test with a score of 80% in order to receive their certification. The certificate is approved through the National Registry of Food Safety Professional (NRFSP) and is valid for 3 years.
