This online study course will prepare the manager for the food manager certification or re-certification exam that is valid for 5 years. Manager will be allowed to access this online study course for a period of 30 days from date of purchase.  Upon completion of reviewing and studying the course and/or study guide, manager should be ready to pass the food manager exam with 75% or higher. Exam can be taken online monitored by one of our proctors or on paper at one of our area classes.
